CMAA - Companhia Mineira de Açúcar e Álcool - one of the largest ethanol, VHP sugar and bioelectricity players in Minas Gerais, recently relied on EBS-IT for yet another digital transformation project, using Oracle EPM Cloud solutions.
One of CMAA's main needs was to automate the financial consolidation process, which was time-consuming for the team. With the implementation of the FCCS and Narrative Reporting solutions, the information now passes through the systems and, in an integrated manner, is consolidated in minutes, bringing greater control and agility to the company's data presentation. The financial statements have also gained agility in their presentation to regulatory bodies, with the implementation of Narrative Reporting integrated with FCCS.
In this way, by modernizing these processes, the department has considerably reduced its operational effort, devoting more time to data analysis and constant process optimization.
