EBS-IT is pleased to share another successful project: the implementation of the Oracle Cloud EPM solution at JSL, a 100% Brazilian company specializing in logistics, which currently has the largest and most integrated portfolio of services in the sector, accumulating 65 years of experience in the market.
In order to optimize the company's financial planning process, the implementation of the PBCS + HR module was carried out in a few months, dividing the project into phases to take into account the complexity of each of the integrations. The active participation of the JSL team was essential, with continuous engagement that ensured the success not only of the implementation, but also of the continuity of post-go-live operations.
With this new solution, JSL has automated its financial planning processes, resulting in more agile and precise management, greater compliance and improved control. The company has also achieved significant gains in data visibility, collaboration between teams and information security, as well as greater information reliability, which allows for the creation of reports and budget projections with an even greater level of detail.
