Recently, together with the Santo Antônio Energia team, we took another big step towards modernizing the client's IT infrastructure by carrying out the Go-live of the Move to Cloud project, which consisted of migrating various applications to the Oracle cloud (OCI), as well as implementing the Disaster Recovery site by replicating it to another region of the cloud.
Santo Antônio Energia is the concessionaire responsible for implementing and operating the Santo Antônio Hydroelectric Plant - one of the first major projects under the Growth Acceleration Program (PAC) to come on stream.
The concessionaire was born out of a challenge: to install one of the country's largest hydroelectric plants in the Legal Amazon, making the most of the Madeira River's water potential while respecting local populations and the environment.
