When we begin supporting a new client, getting to know the people and processes involved is essential, naturally generating knowledge and closeness that benefits day-to-day relationships, creating a cohesive team with a single goal: focusing on solutions and client success.
With this vision in mind, we met with some members of our ERP team in person at Copasul – Cooperativa Agrícola Sul-Mato-Grossense (South Mato Grosso Agricultural Cooperative), visiting the operations and learning about the production processes with the cooperative's team. In person, it was also possible to see how similar the companies' values are: caring for people, ethics, and transparency in actions, all with great respect, cooperation, and harmony between the parties.
For over 40 years, Copasul has been supplying inputs, technical assistance, grain marketing, starch production industrialization, and cotton spinning, in addition to providing diesel, precision irrigation equipment, and solar energy through its 24 units in 11 municipalities in Mato Grosso do Sul. Through technical assistance, it operates in an area of over 425,000 hectares.
