Brazilian company abandoned manual processes and reduced accounting closing time by 40% with Oracle Fusion Cloud EPM.
With seven companies within the business management software, Alexandre Antonio da Silva, CIO of CMAA, says that accounting department employees had to devote many hours to lengthy closing processes, which were done manually using spreadsheets.
The solution came in the form ofOracle Fusion Cloud Enterprise Performance Management (EPM), which brought agility right from the start, from acquisition to project implementation, with support from EBS-IT. "The ease of marketing the cloud product made all the difference. The license is mine, and I don't need hardware designed to support the solution, which helped make the project feasible. And the implementation took about two months, with a lot of agility in making the environment available as well," he says.
