In a challenging economic climate - with high interest rates and a downturn in consumer spending - maintaining competitiveness and leadership in the sector has become even more strategic. It was in this context that the company identified the need to modernize its Oracle EBS platform. Operating on an outdated version, it presented operational risks and technical limitations, in addition to the loss of official support and difficulties in keeping up with the country's frequent fiscal and tax updates.
